About the Role
As our Supply Chain Data & Optimization Manager, you will own the analysis and optimization of supply chain performance, turning complex operational data into clear insights and measurable improvements across fulfillment, shipping, inventory, and operations.
This is a highly hands-on, analytical role for someone who combines strong supply chain knowledge with deep data fluency. You’ll work directly with data, build dashboards and automations, identify opportunities, and translate your findings into practical improvements that drive cost, speed, and operational efficiency.
At Acentecom, we believe data should lead to action. We’re looking for someone who can independently navigate complex problems, identify what needs to improve, and use data, automation, and AI tools to build better ways of working.
What you’ll achieve
- Analyze supply chain performance across fulfillment, shipping, inventory, and orders, identifying trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that create clear visibility into supply chain performance and support better decision-making.
- Turn complex or messy data into clear, actionable recommendations, connecting your analysis to measurable operational and business impact.
- Identify and drive opportunities to improve fulfillment speed, operational efficiency, inventory performance, and cost.
- Use Claude Code and other AI-powered tools to automate recurring analyses, reporting, and workflows, reducing manual work and improving the speed and quality of insights.
- Partner with supply chain and cross-functional teams to translate insights into concrete process and system improvements and measure their impact over time.
- Proactively identify opportunities and build solutions rather than waiting for predefined tasks or detailed instructions.
What you’ll need to be successful
- Strong experience working with supply chain data and operations, ideally within an e-commerce, DTC, or similarly fast-moving consumer business.
- Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated experience turning raw or complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience building dashboards, reports, or analytical solutions.
- Hands-on experience using Claude Code or similar AI-powered coding tools to build automations, improve workflows, or solve analytical problems.
- A working understanding of coding and data manipulation. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you should be comfortable using technology to build solutions independently.
- Experience working with areas such as fulfillment, logistics, shipping, inventory, or 3PLs.
- Strong business judgment, with the ability to connect analysis to cost, efficiency, and operational impact rather than treating data as an end in itself.
- A highly proactive and autonomous approach. You’re comfortable working through ambiguity, structuring problems independently, and identifying what should be improved without waiting for detailed direction.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain analytical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with SQL, demand forecasting, supply planning, or inventory optimization is a plus, as is familiarity with Shopify, Amazon fulfillment, data warehouses, BI tools, or multi-brand e-commerce environments.
