About the Role

We’re looking for an Amazon Specialist to join our Amazon Operations team and help support the day-to-day work that keeps our brands running smoothly across Amazon. You’ll work closely with the Head of Amazon Operations, supporting listing management, Seller Central cases, account and compliance monitoring, reporting, and other recurring operational tasks across our growing portfolio.

You don’t need to be an Amazon expert from day one. We’re looking for someone with a solid understanding of Amazon fundamentals who is reliable, curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You’ll have the opportunity to build your expertise quickly, take on increasing ownership as you grow, and develop into a strong Amazon operator within a fast-moving e-commerce environment.

What you’ll achieve

  • Support day-to-day Amazon operations across multiple brands and Seller Central accounts.
  • Update and maintain product listings, including content, pricing, variations, and other operational changes.
  • Monitor listings and account health for issues that require attention, particularly potential compliance risks.
  • Open, manage, and proactively follow up on cases with Amazon Seller Support until issues are resolved.
  • Support compliance-related tasks and help ensure listings follow Amazon requirements and internal processes.
  • Monitor data and basic performance reporting, identify discrepancies, and flag anything that requires further investigation.
  • Keep track of open issues, deadlines, and recurring tasks so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Follow established processes carefully while developing the judgment to understand why actions are needed and when an issue should be escalated.
  • Document recurring tasks and contribute to improving SOPs and operational processes as the team scales.
  • Collaborate with the broader Amazon team and gradually take ownership of additional brands, tasks, or workstreams as your expertise grows.

What you’ll need to be successful

  • Hands-on experience working with Amazon, ideally within Amazon Seller Central.
  • A solid understanding of Amazon operations, including listings, Seller Support cases, fees, and general Seller Central processes.
  • A strong willingness to learn, grow, and continuously develop your Amazon expertise.
  • Excellent attention to detail and an understanding that small mistakes can create significant compliance or account risks.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving: you ask smart questions, investigate issues, and seek to understand the why rather than simply following instructions.
  • Strong reliability and ownership, particularly when managing recurring tasks and following up on open issues.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without letting things fall through the cracks.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively, receive feedback, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Experience with Amazon supplements, health & wellness, or compliance is a strong plus.
  • Experience communicating with Amazon Seller Support, working with reporting and data, or using Amazon-related tools is a plus.
  • Availability for at least 4 hours of overlap with European working hours during onboarding and ongoing collaboration
